Workshop Cancellation Policy

10 business days prior to the workshop's date is required for cancellation notice without penalty. A non-refundable fee (50% of regular price per registrant) will be charged for insufficient notice or no notice at all.
 

Payment Policy

Credit card payments will be processed immediately after your on-line purchase. It may take 1 - 3 business days for the amount paid to show up on your electronic statements. Check payments are due 5 business days before the workshop date. Invoice payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
